Standard Process Orders

Due to the temperature-sensitive and perishable nature of Standard Process products, returns are not accepted for these items due to their temperature-sensitive nature. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items. However, if a product arrives damaged, we are happy to replace or refund it. Please email photos of the damaged item(s) to chase@haydeninstitute.com so we can assist you promptly.

Returns for Other Products

For supplements or products not manufactured by Standard Process, you may request a return by contacting us at chase@haydeninstitute.com. We’ll be glad to help with your specific order and provide return instructions if eligible.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital Services & Products: Online protocols, virtual consultations, downloadable assessments, and online courses are non-refundable.

  • Diagnostic Testing Kits: Once a test has been sent to the lab for processing, it cannot be refunded.

  • Therapeutic Devices & Tools: Items such as cold lasers, red light therapy equipment, and similar health technologies must be returned unused, in original packaging. Contact us first for return eligibility.

General Return Terms

  • Product Condition: Only unopened items in original packaging are eligible for return.

  • Accepted Returns: Includes defective items (e.g., broken seals, expired batches) and new, unused items.

  • Exchange Policy: We do not offer exchanges.

  • Return Timeline: You must initiate your return within 10 days of the purchase date.

  • Return Shipping: Returns must be mailed, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

  • Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving approved returned items.

Policy Violations

Orders canceled due to violations of Standard Process’ Terms of Use—such as unauthorized resale, shipment to fulfillment centers, or drop-shipping practices—are not eligible for refund or return under any circumstances.
