This protocol is intended for nutritional education and general wellness support. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and does not replace individualized medical care.
Review the label, ingredients, and warnings for every selected product before use. Individual formulas have different precautions, allergens, contraindications, and timing requirements.
Zymex II contains tree nuts (almonds) and uses a gelatin capsule. Although its proprietary digestive-enzyme blend is plant-derived, the finished product should not be represented as vegetarian. People with a tree-nut allergy should not use Zymex II without appropriate professional guidance.
GastroDigest II contains beef- and pork-derived ingredients. Enzycore provides a vegetarian alternative for the meal-time digestive component; however, selecting Enzycore does not make the complete protocol vegetarian because Zymex II contains gelatin.
DiGest Forte has important precautions. The manufacturer lists contraindications involving pregnancy and lactation, known allergy to plants of the daisy family, and gastric or duodenal ulcers unless otherwise professionally directed. Professional supervision is advised in the presence of gallstones.
Takesumi Supreme should be separated from food, supplements, and prescription medications. Follow the current product-label timing instructions to reduce the potential for charcoal to adsorb substances taken near it.
Takesumi Supreme may temporarily darken or blacken the stool. This can occur because of the dark color of the carbonized bamboo charcoal and is generally an expected effect while using the product. However, black or tarry stool that is unexplained, persists after discontinuing charcoal, or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms should not automatically be attributed to the supplement and should be medically evaluated.
Additional guidance may be appropriate for people who are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medications, have known gastrointestinal or gallbladder conditions, have food allergies, or are uncertain whether a particular product is appropriate for them.
Persistent, severe, worsening, or unexplained gastrointestinal symptoms warrant appropriate professional evaluation rather than relying solely on nutritional support.
